What is your return policy?

All sales are final. No cancelations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.

However, we understand that choosing the right sizing/fit can be difficult for clothing items when shopping online. For that reason, only returns are accepted for clothing items (unless otherwise indicated as final sale).

To be accepted for a return, clothing items MUST be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, smells, or animal hair and ALL original tags must still be attached. Returns must be made for store credit within 3 days of receiving your item.

Shipping and any insurance fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

What if I don’t want to return my item for store credit and only want to exchange for another size?

Due to the high-volume of sales that we receive on certain items, we cannot guarantee that the size you want to exchange for will be available by the time your item is returned to us. For that reason, we do not offer exchanges, only returns for store credit.

Once your return is made, and if the item that you want is still available in the size that you want, you may repurchase the item using the store credit that was provided to you.
