Do you have a physical store where I can shop or pick up my online order?

No, all sales are made via our website, Tiktok live shopping, or via our website and are shipped via USPS or UPS.

I want to place an order but how much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. However, we always verify the shipping cost on our end and if shipping ends up being less than what you were charged, we refund the difference and you will see that refund come through after your order has been fulfilled. If you are placing an order via TikTok lives, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email, the shipping cost is always calculated for you and sent to you with your order total BEFORE packaging and shipping your order.

How long does shipping take?

Your item can take approximately up to one week or less to arrive.

Is gold-plated or gold-filled jewelry real gold?

No, gold-plated and gold-filled jewelry is PLATED with real gold. It is not 100% gold and is instead bathed in gold and has a lifetime of about 2-3 years if cared for properly.

How can I make sure my gold-filled jewelry lasts longer?

To preserve the gold plating of any gold plated jewelry and silver jewelry, it is a universal recommendation that it should not be wet, or perspired on too much. It should also be protected from perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. For example, it should not be bathed with, worn in the pool, or worn during vigorous exercise so that the gold plating is preserved to its best quality.
